Starting this Fall Semester, Campus Ministry will be offering a program called Seeds instead of the CSA's faith studies. Seeds is a Spiritual Formation Program for Young People at the U of A. The program will be run each Wednesday night at 7pm starting September 15th until November 9th (the very last one is on a Tuesday). The Seeds formation program will teach young people spiritual tools from Catholic spirituality, to help them grow as human persons. Each evening of the Seeds program is composed of three parts: a 20-minute talk by Fr. Glenn, 20-minutes of silence before the Blessed Sacrament, and 20-minutes for Q&A. Each week will have a certain topic of discussion. The topics are: 1) Wed. Sept 15th 7 pm: How to become peaceful? 2) Wed. Sept 22nd 7 pm: How to reflect? 3) Wed. Sept 29th 7 pm: Who am I? 4) Wed. Oct 6th 7 pm: How to hear God’s Word? 5) Wed. Oct 13th 7 pm: How to respond to suffering? 6) Wed. Oct 20th 7 pm: What is the pattern of the spiritual life? 7) Wed. Oct 27th 7 pm: How to forgive? 8) Wed. Nov 3rd 7 pm: How to cultivate quality friendships and relationships? 9) Tues. Nov 9th 7 pm: What is God’s will for me?
